Since holidays have come you parents can maintain a good health of your child. Your kiddys must be very busy while going to school so they don't get time to eat properly. So this is the time you Parents can help your kiddys to grow and be healthy. Lets take a review at some of the steps
- Develop a healthy eating habits - lots of vegetables, greens and sprout
- Allow play outdoor games with their friends.
- Do not allow them to drink areated drinks . Drink healthy fruit juicesand water
- No feasting and binging
- Don't bribe them with sweets and chocolates
- Limited TV and computer time.
