Hi friends to let me share my knowledge of how to create a bootable windows 7 pendrive and how to boot from it. Just follow my instructions. First click on start button  and and type in cmd. now click enter and you will get you command propt. now type in 'diskpart'  and you will get a disk partition window. Now insert the windows 7 cd  and your pendrive. Go back to diskpart and type in 'list disk'
It will give you the partitions that you have. If you don't know which is you usb disk, right click on computer and select manage and then click on 'disk management' and it will give the details of the partition. Locate your removable device disk and then go back to diskpart and the type in 'select disk' your removable device disk (example :- my removable device disk is 1 so I am typing in 'select disk 1')  Now the disk part will show you that the disk is selected. Now type 'clean' and and the pendrive will be cleaned. Now type in 'create partition primary' and hit enter and it will show that the partition is being created. Now type in 'select partition 1' and   hit enter. The partition will be selected and after that type in 'active' and it will show you that the selected disk is active. Now type 'format  fs=fst32' and hit enter and it will format the usb. Now type 'assign' and hit enter. Exit disk part. Once you have exited disk part, in your cmd  type 'xcopy and cd drive letter:\*.*/s/e/f  space and your pendrive'letter\' and hit enter. The windows 7 setup will be copied to the pendrive. Once it's all copied close all programs and restart your computer. While restarting enter imto the bios menu and under advandced settings  change your I boot device from 'harddrive' to 'removable device'. It's all done. Now just boot as normally and you have you windows 7 setup.
