                               Excel In Exams 



It is march again and the exams are fast approaching. Now, don't be panic!! This time no butterflies in your belly, no exam fever, but only confidence and calm...
Before starting your preparation , remember to gather all your textbooks and notes and put them properly
 your study area If you lend your notebooks to your friends, remember to get them back without fail.


Make your schedule:
An organised effort leads to success. Begin your preparations by farming a time table. Ensure that that you study two subjects in a day, one of the subject being a language. This brings relief.

Work out sums in maths , memorize poems in language and practice them to avoid missing punctuation marks in the exam Draw the diagrams till your you are confident that you can draw. 

Time to study
Early morning is the best time to study. Mornings are beautiful and calm. When you wake up in the morning , after agood night sleep, your brain is extremely fresh and you can learn things faster and in a better way. To improve your concentration , do pranayama every morning. 

Sharpen the saw
Take regular breaks while study, say once in every one hour. You can actually improve your brains ability to retain information . Relax yourself . Say hi to your mom in the kitchen . Listen to music. Avoid watching television.

Healthy food habits 
Many may fell drowsy while studying. When you study you spend a lot of  energy. Fruits and nuts stimulate your system. Drink a lot of water Never skip your breakfast, lunch or dinner for the sake of study. Do not eat junk foods during exam times.

During exam
  1. Go to bed early and sleep sufficiently for 8 hours. Wake up fresh in the morning.
  2. Revise what you have learnt the previous day.
  3. Take clean bath , and say your prayers without fail. 
  4. Take blessings from elders.
  5. Eat a healthy and nutritious breakfast.
  6. Fill your pens with inks, sharpen your pencils.Do not miss anything
  7. Do not read till the last minute. Close your books before an hour, stay relaxed and focused.
  8. Avoid panicking after seeing the question paper. First answer the questions your sure about. Enough time will be provided don't be panic.
  9. Don't discuss the question papers with your friends after the exam
  10. When you reach home, rest and relax. Read a few pages of a funny book before you start preparing for the next exam.
